Kia Williams, M.B.A., M.S., ACE GFI, 200hr E-RYT is a global business presenter, author, fitness program specialist and content creator, podcast host and web-series host. She is recognized for her ability to incorporate innovative and progressive exercise techniques that result in enhanced functional fitness, optimal physique, and fun workouts. She has been certified and licensed to teach over a dozen fitness formats and is actively creating content and new formats for children and adults.

Kia is the Wellness Chairwoman for the NAACP Fort Worth-Tarrant County Chapter and an executive board member of Fit4Mom and for Jeremiah 33:6, a not-for-profit holistic health education and preventative medicine corporation. Most notably, Kia Williams is the youngest and first black person to be awarded with the IDEA World Instructor of the Year award. This award honors a certified group fitness instructor whose superior instructional and leadership skills are demonstrated through community and industry involvement, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others to commit to a healthy lifestyle. IDEA Health & Fitness Association has served as the world’s leading organization of fitness and wellness professionals for 40 years, with 900 streaming videos and digital courses available, and has the largest national industry-wide directory linking over 275,000 fitness professionals and more than 40 million consumers in more than 80 countries.

Kia's career mission is to support people who are affected by marginalization in jobs, education, healthcare, and lack of representation in the fitness industry.
